Damaged, leaking or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
For hygiene and safety, opened or used consumable products cannot be returned. Cancellation requests can be considered only before dispatch. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and processing time may vary by bank.
